At a roadside stop on the road to Hana and taking a time out for a refreshing cold drink, I saw this rustic jar and bucket bouquet decorating a lanai. These flowers, which seemed so unusual and tropical to someone from the mainland, were simply fresh-picked wildflowers here. The colors of Maui.
